## **Trellis builds and deploys self-improving agents to get patients access to life-saving medicine.** **Our AI agents process billions of dollars worth of therapies annually with patients in all fifty states.** We do this by automating document intake, prior authorizations, and appeals at scale to streamline operations and accelerate care. You enjoy being on the front lines with customers, translating technical capabilities into real-world implementations that drive measurable impact.
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of mission-critical deployments. You work well cross-functionally, aligning internal engineering teams with customer IT and operational stakeholders. You bring a consulting mindset, strong project management discipline, and enough technical fluency to navigate sophisticated enterprise environments. ## What You'll Bring * 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Forward Deployment, Implementation, Solutions, Consulting, or similar * Experience deploying technical products within complex or enterprise environments * Deep understanding of technical concepts and technical requirements * At least one summer of technical experience as an engineer **or** a technical degree * Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills * Ability to scope timelines, drive follow-ups, and unblock deployments * Strong executive-level communication skills * High ownership and ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments * Background at top consulting firms or private equity groups are a big plus * Ability to quickly learn technical workflows and translate them into business value * Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment ### **Why work with us** * **Real impact at massive scale**: We serve patients in all fifty states and are scaling to hundreds of healthcare locations.
