Activities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
- Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
- Monitor lifting operations, piling activities, excavation works, and heavy equipment operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Review and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
- Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response preparedness.
- Monitor subcontractor for HSE performance.
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, piling, or foundation projects.
- Valid experience of working on ADNOC Offshore projects for minimum 2+ years
- Valid ADNOC Approval is mandatory on offshore project.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation techniques
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
