Data Validation Supervisor

Job Overview:

                       The Data Validation Supervisor oversees the coordination, review, and validation of data and system requests to support business operations and reporting needs. This role works closely with end-users and Data Analysts to define requirements, support the development of reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and monitor team workloads to promote timely and effective service delivery.

**MUST RESIDE IN NY/NJ/CT**

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to quickly learn new software as an administrator

· Willingness to learn SQL

· Ability to work independently in a hands-on role

· Strong facilitation skills

· Ability to clearly communicate status, deliverable needs and risks

Preferred skills:

· Experience working as a CCO Care Manager

· Basic understanding of coding concepts behind is preferred but not required

· Experience working with back-end tables to create reports
