Your role here

As a Digital Print Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our production equipment running at its best—leading preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding quickly to downtime. You’ll also support and train production teams and champion safe work practices, directly shaping uptime, cost, waste, efficiency, and quality.

Your experience and background

• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing production equipment—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls.
• Familiarity with digital printing and material-handling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to get equipment running again quickly.
• Experience running a preventive maintenance program and keeping equipment on schedule.
• Comfortable working on support equipment like air compressors, chillers, and forklifts.
• A safety-first mentality, including lockout/tagout and safe electrical practices.
• Background in training team members and keeping clear maintenance records.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Three (3) plus years of experience dealing with the maintenance and/or installation of industrial machinery, preferably in a food or beverage production environment.
