EEO Paralegal Consultant

Trigyn's Direct Government client has an immediate need for a Paralegal Professional who can work onsite in New York, NY

Any applicant applying for this contract position should have this background:

1. Must have Direct experience with EEO
2. Must have Investigation of Complaints experience
3. Experience with complaints of discrimination in employment, housing and/or civil rights.

Nature of work requires prior paralegal experience in analyzing documents, statements and other relevant information , and writing detailed and comprehensive confidential investigation reports and closing correspondence based on sound legal analysis for complaints of  discrimination in employment, housing and/or civil rights.

Daily Duties/Tasks:
-- Intakes & interviews
-- Investigation of complaints
-- Preparation of Draft report
-- Final report and closing correspondence
Desired Skills:
Paralegal Certification is highly desired.
