Occupational Therapist

   • Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support patients in performing daily activities.

4. Patient Education:

   • Educate patients and their families on strategies for adapting their environment and routines to improve independence and safety.
   • Provide guidance on home exercises and techniques for continued progress beyond therapy sessions.

5. Progress Monitoring and Documentation:

   • Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic objectives.
   • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
   • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide holistic support and guidance.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and neurology as they relate to occupational therapy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address patients' unique challenges effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with patients and their families.
