What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and support their long-term outcomes
• Collaborate with your clinical team to deliver excellent care

Requirements

• • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Active or eligible New Jersey PT License
  • New Grads welcome - structured mentorship program
  • Preferred (not required): outpatient orthopedic experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 – $120,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000
• Tuition Reimbursement programming for new grads
