About the position...

The Line Cook works in a fast-paced environment to prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items by cooking in grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.  This role ensures guests are provided with quality prepared food items and meals throughout multiple outlets of the club.

• Completes opening and closing checklists during scheduled shifts.
• Prepare food for various areas of the facility including the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar and food/beverage cart.
• Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper storage of food items.
• Assist with stocking and notifying to kitchen managers of low ingredients.

What we are looking for from you...

• 6-12 months related kitchen or line cook experience/training; or
• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Regular and reliable attendance is required
• Must be able to work varying weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for periods of time
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
• Must have regular and reliable transportation
