About the Role:
As a Front Desk Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth start to their visit. Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome.
- Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations.
- Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized check-in area.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies.
- Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
