Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all golf instruction programs, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior development initiatives
- Deliver high-performance coaching using industry-leading technology, including TrackMan and video analysis tools
- Develop structured coaching pathways for beginners through to elite players
- Drive academy revenue through innovative programming, packages, and events
- Collaborate with Golf Operations, Retail, and other departments to enhance the overall guest journey
- Maintain a strong on-site presence to engage with guests
- Represent the academy through events, content creation, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Experience
- PGA Professional
- Proven experience in a high-end golf academy or resort environment
- Strong track record in coaching, player development, and lesson revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with performance technology (TrackMan preferred)
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
