Planning and Evaluation Lead - Quality Management 2692

Performs highly complex consultative and technical work in the planning, development and implementation of agency programming. Work involves providing consultative and technical services to agency program staff, other governmental agencies, community organizations, and the general public. The Team Lead will be the responsible person in assigned internal and external reviews, completing all aspects of the reviews, lead on the plans of improvement (POI) and follow up to ensure all POIs are carried out.

Team Lead will prepare leadership meetings for the division, giving updates and outcome-based data. Team lead will assist in the writing/review updates on all assigned submissions, attend and actively contribute to all meetings on their assigned projects and programs. Team lead will research assigned projects/programs and design the best quality improvement tools for assigned areas. Team Lead will guide the work of P&E specialist.

Works under the supervision of Quality Management- Planning and Evaluation Department Supervisor and Manager with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Social, Behavioral, Human Services, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Public Administration. Plus, must have at least six 6 months’ work experience particularly as related to program planning, evaluation, and performance improvement activities of TTBH programs as an assigned task and providing formal data reports as indicated and experience in working with state auditors who review TTBH programs.
