International Logistics Coordinator

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our overall success. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate processing of orders, shipment coordination, and communication across departments, customers, and 3PL warehouses. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage orders end-to-end to ensure they ship on time and in full (OTIF), catching and resolving discrepancies before they become delays.
• Maintain order accuracy throughout the full order lifecycle, working to reduce error rates, rejections, and downstream chargebacks.
• Oversee EDI transactions and workflows (e.g., purchase orders, shipment confirmations, invoices) to keep vendor and retailer compliance requirements met.
• Coordinate with international 3PL warehouses on order fulfillment, inventory allocation, exceptions, on-time shipping and delivery timing across multiple international regions.
• Review routing guides and retailer/trading-partner requirements regularly to keep workflows aligned with current compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order exceptions, escalating and tracking issues through to resolution with the appropriate internal or external partner. And help build process improvements to prevent repeat issues.

Required Qualifications: 

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Working proficiency in Excel and general comfort with business software (Outlook, Teams).
• A proactive, self-motivated approach — comfortable working independently and raising issues before they escalate.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with EDI concepts and transaction sets.
• Experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or a related operations role.
• Comfort working within an ERP system for order and inventory management.
