background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Develop work plan for each release cycle based on priorities defined by stakeholders</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Follow best architectural practices to improve and maintain the performance of the application</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Hands-on experience in working with Serverless framework will be a plus</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Strong hands on experience with git for code collaboration and version control</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Experience in Agile Scrum Software Development methodologies</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Ability to work independently with minimal dependencies</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal; background:white;vertical-align: baseline;">Ability to document development process for future review and information transfer process</li></ul>
