Architect and deploy backend systems that process high-volume data through APIs.
Shape product iterations by incorporating direct customer feedback.
Build secure, reliable infrastructure for AI agents handling clinical information.
Own critical backend systems and guide their technical evolution.
Scale architecture to support customer onboarding and business growth.
0 to 1 years of professional backend development experience, or 5 or more years in software or systems engineering with production software experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one other major programming language.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
An understanding of prompt engineering.
A strong GitHub profile with active, meaningful contributions.
Currently employed at an established company, and interested in building products that can improve healthcare.
Salary range: $120,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
