Join an agent deployment team at an enterprise AI automation company, working directly with customers to turn complex operational workflows into reliable, production-grade systems. This is an engineering-first, customer-facing role with ownership across deployments and opportunities to shape product capabilities.
Architect and build production systems for customer pilots, translating complex requirements into scalable implementations.
Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with external and enterprise systems.
Build secure, reliable integrations with strong observability and long-term maintainability.
Turn customer needs and edge cases into reusable platform capabilities.
Own deployments from initial architecture through launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering teams to bring high-impact solutions into production.
Help establish the team's practices and contribute to product direction.
At least 2 years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused or customer-facing work.
Experience shipping backend-heavy production systems and building APIs, third-party integrations, or enterprise tools.
Strong coding and system design fundamentals, with a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics from a rigorous undergraduate program.
Experience in a startup, small company, or other fast-moving environment, with a record of ownership and working through ambiguity.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and execute independently.
Experience with scalable systems, integrations, or workflow automation; exposure to AI, LLMs, agent architectures, or enterprise customer deployments is a plus.
Experience in a high-impact engineering environment is valued.
Annual salary range: $200,000 to $325,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
