Join a founding team at an enterprise AI deployment startup and lead the customer deployment motion for AI agents serving manufacturers and public-sector organizations. You will connect customer needs with technical teams, from early discovery through pilot planning and expansion.
Lead discovery with manufacturers, identify operational challenges, and scope potential AI use cases.
Build LLM-assisted demos and prototypes to show prospective customers how solutions could work.
Develop and present business cases, ROI models, and success measures to support new pilots and account growth.
Coordinate deployments across customer IT, procurement, and supply chain teams with forward-deployed engineering colleagues.
Support customer expansions by scoping additional workflows and measuring potential business impact.
Travel internationally as needed, primarily to Europe and Asia.
Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or deployment roles at enterprise AI or software companies.
Experience in strategy consulting with hands-on projects in manufacturing, industrials, supply chain, or procurement.
Experience working directly with operators and senior enterprise stakeholders, including supporting go-lives and field adoption.
A track record of delivering pilots, measuring customer outcomes, and helping scale successful deployments.
Strong business-case and ROI modeling skills, plus experience building relationships and supporting partner-driven enterprise growth.
Comfort using LLM-assisted coding tools to build demos and automate work, with familiarity with AI agent platforms.
A bachelor's degree and demonstrated structured problem-solving skills.
Must already have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.
Annual salary range: $160,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week, with 15% to 30% international travel.
