Join an early-stage engineering team working directly with its founders to build AI-powered tools for practicing clinical and related conversations. You will help support learners and educators today, then turn what you learn into better workflows, automations, and product features.
Own technical customer support across AI simulations, learning management, field experience, and compliance tools.
Respond to email inquiries, join customer calls, and diagnose issues reported by educators, students, and university administrators.
Take on increasingly complex support cases as you learn the products and customer needs.
Build automations and internal tools to reduce support work and help the team scale.
As support becomes more efficient, contribute full-stack features to products used by students and faculty.
Help with product decisions and shape the architecture, engineering culture, and AI agent workflows.
Zero to four years of experience as a full-stack or forward-deployed engineer.
Experience as a founder, on a founding team, or at an early-stage startup, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
Full-stack development skills and an interest in AI agents, large language models, and automation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and an interest in solving customer problems directly.
Experience in education technology or working with university communities is a plus.
Salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
