Join the sales team at a Series A enterprise AI automation company as a Sales Development Representative. You will help build the sales pipeline by engaging enterprise prospects and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Prospect through cold calls and cold emails to generate qualified meetings.
Work toward a monthly target of approximately 10 qualified meetings.
Qualify prospects against established criteria and hand vetted meetings to Account Executives.
Learn and clearly explain an AI automation platform to enterprise buyers across insurance, healthcare, and fintech.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging, share prospecting insights, and develop a repeatable sales approach.
One to two years of experience in outbound SDR or BDR roles, with cold calling as a primary prospecting channel.
Experience selling B2B software or SaaS, ideally including AI products.
Strong phone communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, natural conversations with prospects.
Experience with cold email outreach and pipeline management.
Experience in a startup environment is helpful. Speaking an additional language is also a plus.
Annual salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, United States. The role requires working from the office at least three days per week.
