Join an established New Jersey commercial law firm as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, supporting a transactional real estate team on complex matters. You will work closely with attorneys and clients, helping move commercial deals from due diligence through closing and post-closing.
Order and review title commitments and surveys, and help resolve title objections.
Prepare closing documents, maintain checklists, and coordinate funds flow for commercial acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions.
Manage due diligence, entity documents, and estoppels across multiple active matters.
Coordinate post-closing recordings, filings, and follow-up items.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and title companies with limited attorney oversight.
Five to fifteen years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including recent, continuous transactional experience in New Jersey.
Law firm experience handling commercial real estate matters, with hands-on title, survey, and closing work and the ability to independently coordinate a closing from start to finish.
Experience across commercial real estate transactions beyond residential closings, and familiarity with land use work.
Stable employment history, strong attention to detail, and polished written communication.
Compensation is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
This is an on-site position in Roseland, New Jersey, with an expectation of working in the office five days per week.
