Design and deliver real-time electronic control systems for flight vehicles and other high-reliability defense applications. You will own hardware from initial design through bring-up, validation, and integration, working closely with guidance, navigation and control, avionics, and flight software teams.
Design control electronics boards, including motor controllers, actuator drivers, and feedback and control loops.
Own hardware end to end, from schematic capture and PCB layout through bring-up, debugging, integration, and production.
Develop microcontroller, microprocessor, and mixed-signal circuits for processing and real-time control.
Define requirements and make technical decisions in collaboration with partner engineering teams.
3 to 15 years of experience in control or power electronics hardware design, including motor drivers or actuator controllers.
Hands-on experience designing, bringing up, and debugging control or power electronics PCB assemblies.
Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design for motor drivers, power conversion, or precision control loops.
A BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
PCB design experience from schematic capture through layout, with Altium preferred.
Familiarity with ARM microcontrollers, embedded hardware, CAN, and tools such as SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience in a fast-paced hardware environment and with flight hardware or other high-reliability systems is valuable.
