As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work across engineering, product, and customer success to deliver production-ready voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will guide deployments from early prototypes through scale, while bringing customer feedback back to the product team.
Lead end-to-end customer projects, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Design and build voice AI solutions using effective LLM prompting techniques and production best practices.
Develop full-stack integrations in Python and JavaScript with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
Partner with sales and customers to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs.
Scope work, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
Turn repeatable implementation patterns into tools and platform components that can serve multiple customers.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
At least 5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
Experience working in venture-backed startups, or a strong track record of growth and impact at a larger technology company.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.
Hands-on experience delivering voice AI solutions and applying LLM prompting techniques in production.
Strong distributed systems knowledge and a record of writing production-grade code.
Excellent customer communication, collaboration, and ownership, with a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
Salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
