Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates procurement workflows for enterprise organizations. You will work across the stack, help shape core architecture, and turn customer challenges into reliable product capabilities.
Learn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.
Work across infrastructure, backend, and user-facing systems as priorities change.
Speak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and inform product development.
Design and own Python-based AI agent systems that work with complex, fragmented enterprise data.
Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates to evolve the platform architecture as it scales.
Three to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.
Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.
Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines, and familiarity with system design and infrastructure.
Curiosity and self-direction, with a track record of identifying important problems and taking ownership of solutions.
Clear communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with customers and engineers.
Interest in individual contributor work and a generalist, founding engineer mindset.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or software for industrial businesses is useful. Strong technical fundamentals are valued across educational backgrounds.
Annual salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
