Build and operate the security infrastructure behind an enterprise AI platform. As an early engineer focused on platform security, you will create reliable, self-service systems that help engineering teams ship secure services and support the platform's growth.
Design secure, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure that protects customer data and supports AI model serving.
Build secure service templates, libraries, Terraform policies, and automation that make new services production-ready by default.
Own infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices, including reusable modules and policy-as-code.
Improve alerting, detection, secrets management, identity and access management, and automated remediation across CI/CD and developer workflows.
Partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to implement technical controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.
Participate in security on-call and improve observability, runbooks, and incident response.
At least 4 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering, with meaningful security experience or a strong interest in security engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with GCP or AWS, including networking, compute, and IAM.
Production experience with Terraform and Kubernetes, plus secure container deployment and service mesh practices.
Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, or another systems-oriented language, and experience building developer-facing tools and automation.
Strong CS fundamentals, clear communication, and experience operating production infrastructure.
Familiarity with observability, incident response, and AI-assisted developer tools is valuable.
Experience building infrastructure or security capabilities from the ground up in a growing company is a plus.
Annual salary: $200,000 to $330,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
