Join an early-stage engineering team at an AI sales enablement company, building end-to-end features for a product that helps in-person sales teams improve through coaching and conversation insights. You will help shape the product and engineering standards as the team grows, with room to take ownership and contribute across the full stack.
Build and ship high-quality product features quickly, balancing iteration speed with thoughtful engineering.
Design and implement new features from scratch to advance the technical roadmap.
Work independently on loosely defined problems and create empathetic, user-focused solutions.
Help raise code quality and guide technical decisions as the engineering organization scales.
Grow your technical ownership alongside the company and contribute to recruiting future engineers.
One to three years of software engineering experience, ideally building early products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
Full-stack product experience shipping user-facing features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
Experience deploying on AWS or working with cloud infrastructure as part of product development.
Evidence of entrepreneurial drive or experience at a fast-moving, high-performing startup.
A record of strong technical projects or high-impact contributions, and a stable employment history.
A customer-first approach, with interest in speaking with users and iterating quickly without compromising quality.
The salary range is $185,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
On-site in New York City, New York, United States, five days per week.
