    • Conduct financial audits and business analyses to support revenue integrity and operational efficiency

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy-related payer inquiries, issue resolution, and relationship management

    • Maintain provider manuals, payer databases, and contract documentation (paper and electronic)

    • Develop, prepare, and maintain data analytics and reporting tools for leadership and operational teams

    • Provide recommendations for process improvements, workflow optimization, and revenue enhancement

    • Support training and education related to contracts, reimbursement, and billing practices

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and government payer requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Registered Pharmacist with equivalent experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy practice experience

    • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Missouri

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and reimbursement practices

    • Familiarity with electronic claims processing and revenue cycle operations

    Ideal Candidate Profile
