The Senior Analyst, Finance AI & Automation Solutions is both an enablement and delivery role. This individual will train and upskill Finance team members on responsible AI usage while actively designing, building, and deploying AI‑enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance within existing and new tooling.
This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Finance leadership to identify and prioritize AI use cases across Close, FP&A, Revenue, Audit, and Procurement
    • Act as the primary AI evangelist within Finance, training and upskilling team members on AI tools, copilots, and automation patterns
    • Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows tightly integrated with ERP and Finance systems
    • Serve as the backend AI architect for Finance, gathering requirements and shaping Finance-specific AI strategy
    • Own Finance data models and AI readiness, including data quality, controls, lineage, and governance
    • Leverage embedded ERP AI capabilities and external AI / agentic frameworks where appropriate
    • Ensure all AI-enabled solutions meet audit, compliance, security, and risk requirements
    • Track and report measurable outcomes including cycle time reduction, automation rates, forecast accuracy, and manual effort eliminated
    • Coordinate closely with Technology, Data, and the AI Steering Committee to align solutions with enterprise standards and best practices
    • Example projects you may lead
    • AI-driven variance analysis builder to support FP&A and close review
    • Agentic workflows to automate close activities such as reconciliations, journal preparation, and review support
    • AI-assisted audit and controls support workflows
    • Predictive insights and anomaly detection embedded directly into Finance reporting

    • Practical experience working with AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or agentic workflows
    • Experience working within data governance, controls, and audit frameworks
    • Comfort operating in a business analyst role while actively building and deploying solutions

    Skills

    • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—able to define AI strategy while actively building solutions
    • Strong business acumen and ability to translate Finance pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions
    • High data fluency, including the ability to reason about data models, lineage, and quality (deep data science expertise is not required)
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn, and improve how Finance work is done
