- - Leads and supports compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, orthopaedic practice policies and procedures, and the compliance plan. Promotes ethical conduct, accurate documentation and billing, patient privacy, and timely reporting of compliance concerns; ensures staff completion of required compliance training and adherence to practice standards.
