Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and application of casts, splints, and braces for patients. - Support orthopaedic surgeons during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies. - Perform patient assessments and document relevant medical histories. - Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and rehabilitation processes. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
