Reporting to the Job Site Specialist State Lead, Transportation, you'll be at the forefront of that mission, partnering directly with transportation professionals in the field to drive product adoption and convert end users to Milwaukee solutions. Through hands-on demonstrations, job site engagement, training, and relationship building, you'll identify opportunities to grow market share across your territory, build strong partnerships with key customers, and become a trusted expert on Milwaukee's industry-leading range. As a Job Site Specialist, Transportation you will be looking after the Northern Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories.
• Aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned geographical region by converting end users to Milwaukee products.
• Together with the Field Sales Representative, liaise with authorised distribution partners to create the best value for both Milwaukee and distribution partner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is regularly updated and maintained to help support and improve conversion rates.
• Meet company expectations on salesforce calendar planning to ensure efficiencies and productivity.
• Be and promote being a high performing sales professional within the Milwaukee business.

About you:

• Ability to seek out and convert opportunities- must have a “hunter” mentality.
• Experience within the transportation, automotive or similar industry (preferred not essential).
• Experienced with using CRM software (desired).
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
• Full driver's licence and excellent driving history.
• Willingness to travel when required.
