Position: Insurance Operations (Asia) Level:           Department Manager
Reports to: Head of Insurance (Senior Director, Insurance & Risk Management)

Job Summary
Support the Head of Insurance in managing and coordinating insurance programs across Asia. This role is responsible for insurance policy administration, renewals, claims coordination, risk management activities, policy reviews, stakeholder coordination, and insurance reporting to ensure effective coverage, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate insurance, brokerage, insurance operations, risk management, or insurance program management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, renewals, claims management, policy reviews, certificates of insurance, contractual insurance clauses, and risk control practices.
- Experience coordinating with brokers, insurers, legal teams, factories, and business stakeholders in a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
- Professional insurance or risk management certifications are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate insurance policies, renewals, claims, certificates, and policy documentation across Asia, ensuring compliance and alignment with global insurance programs.
- Support insurance program reviews, risk transfer solutions, coverage optimization, and policy placement activities while maintaining accurate records, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, factories, legal, procurement, operations, and other stakeholders on insurance-related matters, risk assessments, contractual insurance requirements, and claims follow-up.
- Support risk engineering visits, preventive action tracking, governance procedures, training initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide operational and analytical support to the Head of Insurance through reporting, policy analysis, market reviews, renewal preparation, and special insurance projects.
