Position: Project Management Coordinator
Work location: Bangkok
Responsibility:
- Coordinate with clients and relevant departments to manage projects successfully and within the designated timeline, covering all affiliated companies under responsibility.
- Receive project information and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment with the planned schedule and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their product requirements.
- Work with the sales team, R&D, production, packaging, and other related departments to gather product information for sales proposals and product development according to client needs.
- Collect product details and relevant regulations, and manage the delivery and follow-up of product samples sent to clients.
- Record project activities and related documents in the company’s system.
- Coordinate with departments and prepare necessary documents to facilitate product registration.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously across various timelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields
- 2–3 years of prior experience in a related role is preferred
- Candidates with experience in New Product Development (NPD) will be given preference
- Proficient in business computer applications (Microsoft Office) and SAP
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
- Detail-oriented, enjoys coordination, and able to work under pressure
