Production Assistant – Tulane Bands
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 5:30–7:30 PM
Friday: 4:30–6:30 PM
Additional hours for special events as needed.
Position Summary
Tulane Bands is seeking a Production Assistant to support rehearsals, performances, and events. The Production Assistant will assist with setup, equipment, event logistics, and general production needs to help ensure band activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown for rehearsals and performances
- Help with equipment, instruments, chairs, stands, and other production needs
- Support band staff during rehearsals and events
- Assist with event logistics and organization
- Provide additional production support for special events, including Tulane football games, Mardi Gras, and LMEA
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical setup and moving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed
