Process ticket sales, exchanges, and transactions for individual games and season tickets.
Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding ticket pricing, seating, and event information
Staff the box office and ticket windows during home athletic events, including nights and weekends
Scan and validate tickets at gate entrances, resolving guest issues in a professional manner
Assist with season ticket renewals, invoicing, and mailings
Support the setup and breakdown of ticket office and event-day ticketing stations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Ticket Office Manager
