    • Documentation Management: Review, track, and coordinate the resolution of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field directives.
    • Support and Oversight: Assist County inspectors and specialty consultants; oversee third-party testing and QA/QC efforts.
    • Meeting Leadership: Lead progress meetings, prepare daily field reports, maintain issue logs, and monitor safety compliance.
    • Project Coordination: Coordinate punch list, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
    • Compliance Assurance: Ensure the CMAR maintains compliance with County requirements, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and site logistics.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of construction field experience, including at least one $100M+ vertical project involving seismic upgrades or occupied high-rise structures.
    • Experience with public-sector construction projects using Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and/or Job Order Contracting (JOC).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage QA/QC, change management, and coordination with A/E and CM teams.
    • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5 plus years of Public Sector Experience
    • California Registered Professional Engineer (PE), Architect, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
    • Knowledge of Los Angeles County procedures and protocols.
    • DBIA Certification is a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of hazardous materials abatement, high-rise life safety systems, and MEP coordination in existing buildings.
