Dans le cadre de la croissance continue de nos activités dans le secteur IST (Industrie, Science & Technologie) en France, nous recherchons un profil expérimenté en contrôle de projet, disposant d’une solide expérience dans la construction d’usines industrielles.
Vous serez responsable de la mise en place et du suivi des processus de contrôle de projet, incluant le pilotage des coûts, des délais et des risques, afin d’assurer une exécution maîtrisée et conforme aux objectifs du client. Le poste nécessite une présence sur site 4 jours par semaine.
Responsabilités principales :
Suivre et analyser les performances du projet (coûts, planning, risques) et proposer des actions correctives.
Contribuer à l’établissement des référentiels de coûts et de planning, en coordination avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs.
Assurer la mise à jour des rapports de coûts et de planning, et préparer des synthèses pour le client.
Gérer le processus de changement : collecte, analyse, intégration et suivi des impacts.
Participer aux ateliers de planification et à la construction du planning maître.
Suivre les risques projet et contribuer aux analyses quantitatives.
Veiller à la qualité et à la ponctualité des mises à jour fournies par les prestataires.
Expérience confirmée (8 ans) en contrôle de projet, idéalement dans la construction ou des projets complexes.
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Office, Primavera P6).
Capacité à analyser des données, identifier les écarts et recommander des solutions.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, autonomie et rigueur.
Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des équipes internes, clients et fournisseurs.
Anglais et français courants.
