Tusker began with a belief: technology should perform so people can. From our Midwestern roots to our nationwide reach, we’ve grown through partnership, precision, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way—every time. Our Endpoint Solutions group seeks to modernize, automate and empower every workspace. We do this with operational efficiency through automation, improved employee experience, visibility and control across the lifecycle and actionable roadmaps for modernization.

We are seeking a dynamic Director-Lifecycle Management Practice to provide the strategic leadership for the growth, market positioning, and overall performance of the Lifecycle Management Practice. This includes Endpoint Lifecycle Management, Configuration Services, Break/Fix Services, Asset Recovery, asset decommissioning, and related professional and managed services. The role serves as a practice leader who partners across Sales, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, OEM partners, Marketing, Professional Services, Managed Services, Operations, and executive leadership to drive business results.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Own the strategic vision, annual business plan, and growth priorities for the Lifecycle Management Practice.
    • Develop the practice roadmap for Endpoint Lifecycle Management, Configuration Services, Break/Fix Services, Asset Recovery, decommissioning, and related service offerings.
    • Assess revenue, gross profit, services attachment, delivery performance, customer experience, competitive position, and market opportunity.
    • Build a scalable practice framework that supports repeatable sales motions, consistent solution development, delivery alignment, customer success, and profitable growth.
    • Identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, technology trends, and investment priorities that strengthen the practice and increase customer value.
    • Create practical, customer-facing solutions that make Tusker easier to buy from, scope, and deliver consistently.
    • Drive practice performance across product revenue, services revenue, gross profit, partner-aligned growth targets, and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

    Competencies and Skills

    • Strategic thinking, business planning, commercial acumen, and understanding of revenue, gross profit, pipeline, pricing, and services attachment.
    • Consultative customer engagement, sales support, solution scoping, and ability to translate technical and operational concepts into business value.
    • Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, OEMs, Marketing, Services, Operations, and executive leadership.
    • Knowledge of endpoint lifecycle, configuration services, break/fix, asset management, logistics, decommissioning, and related market trends.
    • Strong presentation, communication, organization, follow-up, and accountability skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail, quality, customer experience, and professional image.

    Knowledge, Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent business, technical, or industry experience.
    • Experience in technology solutions, endpoint services, lifecycle management, configuration services, managed services, professional services, or related practice leadership preferred.
    • Experience with OEM partners such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, or similar technology vendors preferred.
    • Experience supporting sales, customer meetings, solution scoping, proposal development, and go-to-market activity preferred.
    • Familiarity with NetSuite, ConnectWise PSA, Power BI, or similar business systems preferred.

    Success Measures

    • Growth in Lifecycle Management revenue, gross profit, pipeline creation, and services attachment.
    • Improved sales engagement, confidence, scoping consistency, and repeatable sales execution.
    • Stronger OEM partner alignment, business planning, and incentive capture.
    • Improved customer satisfaction and consistency from pre-sales through delivery.
    • Clear service catalog, customer-facing tools, reporting, and messaging that strengthen Tusker’s market position.
