**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate training and retraining for new hires and current team members in clinical roles (CT, CM, DC, Sr. CT, Retention CT, etc.), covering operations, skill refinement, customer relations, goal setting, strategizing, sales, chiropractic knowledge, branding, technology, management, and Chiro One's vision and mission.
- Deliver training through multiple formats including on-site sessions (Oak Brook, IL and Greater Chicago area), off-site locations in emerging markets (Southern Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, PNW), and virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom, Smartsheets, Sharepoint).
- Analyze the Learning and Development program with Clinical Operations and Clinical Training Departments to identify current and future needs, measure training effectiveness, and develop programs aligned with Chiro One's strategic plan.
- Identify diverse cultural and learning styles among team members and create blended learning environments using varied facilitation techniques; provide active listening, constructive feedback, and coaching to motivate and inspire trainees.
- Execute all administrative training duties including pre-training preparation, schedule administration, exam proctoring, trainee communications, system access coordination, and post-training assessments.
- Act as liaison between departments, managers, and trainees to ensure effective communication and program execution.
- Create, update, and modify training materials based on best practices, policy changes, system updates, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Maintain current professional knowledge and expertise in Chiro One policies, procedures, products, and services through conferences, professional publications, and relevant trainings; professionally promote the Chiro One brand.
- Coordinate and build collaborative relationships with subject matter experts to develop and maintain knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field; or certificate/certification in adult learning.
- Two or more years of adult training experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Ability to write technical material, learning objectives, assessments, and formal processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of in-class and distance learning best practices and mitigation strategies.
- Availability to travel domestically for onboarding, continuing education, and trainer coverage as needed.
**Preferred**
- Knowledge of ADDIE instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Previous supervisory, management, and/or customer service experience.
