    Job Summary:

    The Production Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive training for new and existing production employees. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have a strong understanding of the nonwovens manufacturing processes, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is crucial for ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training Program Development: Assist the Training Coordinator by providing technical knowledge for updating of all training materials, including presentations, manuals, checklists, and hands-on exercises, covering all aspects of production roles.
    • Cross-Training and Skill Development: Provide additional training to cross-train employees on different machines or processes to enhance flexibility and career growth.
    • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees, offering constructive feedback and support to improve their performance.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including employee certifications, training completion dates, and training assessments. Assign and record employee training.
    • Performance Evaluation: Work with the Training Coordinator and management to assess the effectiveness of training programs and measure employee progress post-training.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and process changes to continuously improve the training curriculum.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Training Coordinator, Production Supervisors, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure that on-the-job training is completed effectively and efficiently while ensuring that it aligns with operational goals and company standards.
