The Director of Health and Wellness work closely with Regional Director of Care and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident health and wellness within the community. This role ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a person-centered approach to services. The Director works in collaboration with community leadership as a resource when dealing with clinical concerns from residents or responsible parties, including families, healthcare providers, and staff, while supervising and supporting nursing and caregiving teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Compassion for and experience working with older adults, including those with memory impairment.
Must pass criminal background check and meet all health requirements.
