Under general direction, the Controls Service Technician 5 is responsible for the service and repair, design, configuration, and operation of complete HVAC building control systems and other low-voltage control sub-systems. This role is accountable for quality, timeliness, and efficiency while developing complex software programs, commissioning systems, and solving operational issues. You will also prepare detailed information and submittals that support customer, consultant, sales, service, and subcontractor understanding of system design and operation.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $38.75 - $53.32 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
