    • Work independently and manage field tasks with strong organization and attention to detail.
    • Maintain truck inventory to support timely response to customer needs.

    How You Will Do It

    • Work safely, with accountability and integrity, and follow all Johnson Controls and customer safety requirements at all times.
    • Stay close to the work, diagnose the issue efficiently, and remove obstacles so the customer’s system is restored as quickly as possible.
    • Use troubleshooting procedures, technical documents, and service information to reach accurate, practical repairs.
    • Read drawings and manuals carefully, apply sound judgment in the field, and keep your work organized and precise.
    • Build trust through clear communication, responsive service, and a willingness to solve problems independently.
    • Improve every day by learning from each service call, sharing clear observations, and applying continuous problem-solving.
    • Collaborate with the Service Resource Center, customer representatives, and district teams to win as one team.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler service industry performing service and repair to sprinkler and suppression systems.
