Full-time Day Shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am, Wednesday - Friday Work

What You Will Do
- Perform basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies.
- Prepare patient and equipment for ordered testing.
- Interview patient to determine sleep disorder issues and to explain testing procedures.
- Perform and document testing.
- Monitor patient throughout testing and intervene as necessary to resolve patient needs or equipment issues.
- Collect, analyze and integrate patient information to identify and meet patient-specific needs; score, interpret and report results of sleep studies.
- Prepare, calibrate, repair and maintain equipment required for testing.
- Determine and report needed repairs/replacements.
What You Will Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Currently registered as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) with a certificate from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) or Registered Sleep Technologist with the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
