    • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement collections technology, digital payment capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
    • Build strong relationships with external collection agencies, bankruptcy administrators, legal partners, and credit reporting agencies when appropriate.

    • Deep understanding of commercial collections, customer payment behavior, credit risk management, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy processes.
    • Experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, workflow redesign, and digital collections.
    • Proven success implementing collections technologies, predictive analytics, and reporting platforms.
    • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and commercial stakeholders.
    • Experience working within SOX-controlled environments and partnering with Internal and External Audit.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance customer relationships with disciplined cash management and working capital objectives.
