1+ year of experience in a sales, customer success, or lead qualification role — preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and close attention to detail
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable navigating multiple channels with speed and precision
Experience managing and organizing inbound leads in Salesforce, with the ability to create reports and leverage internal tools for lead routing and prioritization.
Background in healthcare or experience speaking with healthcare providers, payers, or organizations is a strong plus.
Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-driven revenue models (e.g., rides completed or booked services).
Proven track record of high performance — consistently top-ranked or known for exceeding expectations, with a clear explanation of how you achieved success.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is USD $81,120 - USD $85,429. The OTE includes a base hourly rate of USD $27.30 per hour - USD $28.75 per hour and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of USD $24,336 - USD $25,629.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is USD $81,120 - USD $85,429. The OTE includes a base hourly rate of USD $27.30 per hour - USD $28.75 per hour and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of USD $24,336 - USD $25,629.
The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
