About the role and team
Account Management at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the entire Enterprise portfolio in Ireland. You will be the strategic link between Uber Eats and our most significant restaurant brands such as Boojum, Zambrero, and Wagamama's in Ireland'. However, you aren't just managing a list of clients; you are conducting conversations with C-suite stakeholders and building joint business plans that ensure major brands thrive sustainably on our platform.
The work is high-stakes, fast-paced, and unstructured. We don’t have dedicated teams for every function or solutions for every challenge, you will need to roll up your sleeves, act like an owner, and help us write the playbook for how we win. You’ll need to turn operational data into actionable growth strategies while moving with urgency to resolve technical blockers that impact the customer experience at scale. If you are a resourceful builder who is energised by building from the ground up and staying resilient through tough commercial negotiations, this is where you will grow.
