Autonomous Vehicles (AV) are a core pillar of Uber’s long-term strategy and are scaling rapidly across the US through a growing portfolio of partnerships.
As the business grows, strong frontline operations are critical to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality AV experiences at scale. We’re looking for a versatile operations leader with deep experience leading frontline teams in complex, high-performance environments.
This role will lead and develop AV frontline teams in the US, with a strong focus on people leadership, operational performance, and execution. The ideal candidate combines hands-on frontline leadership with the ability to strengthen processes, leverage technology, and build the capabilities needed to support AV at scale.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $130,000 per year - USD $144,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
