As a Senior Product Designer, you will turn massive complexity into clarity at speed, navigate competing priorities, and lead through influence, not control. This is a high-impact environment where you will solve what is hard to shape the future of movement.
This is a 0-to-1 environment where you must make big decisions without perfect information and own the outcomes. You’ll need to navigate high-stakes ambiguity, balance near-term execution with long-term vision, and advocate for the user in a high-speed, technical landscape.
