About the Role
We're looking for a leader with proven sales and people management experience, with a highly motivated, self-starter, and engaging personality, who is passionate about coaching and building a high-performing sales team.
The Associate SMB Sales Manager will report to the Head of SMB Sales and will be a hands-on leader focused on acquiring new customers at scale through coaching and operational excellence, being responsible for the team's activities, forecast accuracy and results — from cold outreach to launch deals.
The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys developing people while continuously improving sales execution, processes, and business outcomes.
