As a senior Application Developer on our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, you will take a lead role in transforming a critical business process: headcount and workforce planning. You will be at the center of a high-visibility project to migrate our internally-built headcount management tool to Pigment’s planning module. This is a crucial initiative to create a more integrated, scalable, and efficient planning ecosystem for our Finance partners and business leaders. This role is supported by a Lead Product Manager who oversees the EPM portfolio, and you will work alongside other application developers who own other critical financial applications.
What You Will Do
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Remain current with market developments and EPM best practices to ensure Uber’s EPM environment is in line with changing requirements and cutting-edge technological solutions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical discipline—candidates with a systems background and a proven track record of working closely with Finance stakeholders are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $180,000 per year - USD $200,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
