    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in UPS/PDU, DC power systems, or OEM development.
    • Proven experience designing UPS systems over 1kW, including single and 3-phase.

    • Familiarity with testing methodologies and system-level verification.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across engineering functions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Expertise in power conversion technologies (AC/DC, DC/DC converters).
    • Knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV modules, MPPT, and inverter design.
    • Experience with energy storage, smart grid integration, and energy management systems.
    • Familiarity with industry standards such as UL 1741, IEEE 1547, IEC 62040, and EN 55032.
